Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we would be happy to ship world wide. To obtain a quote we would ask that you forward a full address and postcode and then we use a comparison site to find the best option for you.  Once we have offered you the options you are free to make a decision on whether you wish to process with the order.

What is your refund policy?

Yes, we do offer returns on orders. Please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Do you offer price match?

We are happy to offer a price match for an item that our competitor is selling. However, the price must apply to a new, identical individual product, that’s the same make, model, size and colour.

How can I use a coupon code?

To use your coupon code please enter it on the checkout page, then click re-calculate to see your discount.

Do you allow backorders?

Yes, we do encourage back orders. Our policy would be to hold the order pending and as soon as the item is delivered we would ensure dispatch the same day.

Are there benefits for registered users?

Yes there is. Once you are a member your address will be stored, securely,  facilitating a repeat orders and saving you time.

What payment methods are available?

We offer card payments though Sagepay, a secure gateway,  and Paypal.  We also take card payment over the phone for your convenience.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Orders made in the month of December, will have the option of a gift wrapped & card service at no extra charge.
