What happens when I place an order?
When you place an order with Back2Bath, you will receive an email notification of the order and successful payment. You will then also receive an email when your item has been dispatched with delivery and tracking information. Please feel free to contact us after making a purchase if you have any further questions.You will not receive any newsletters from us unless you opt into this service.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be received within 5 days of purchase; however the majority of order will be received within 3 working days. Should you need to receive your item quicker, we offer expedited next day delivery for a small surcharge.
What happens if I want to place a bulk order?
Should you wish to purchase multiple items, please contact us either via phone or email and we will do our best to work with you.
What happens if there is a problem with my item(s)?
If you do not like your item, you may return it to us for a full refund.
If your item is faulty, we will arrange for collection and issue a full refund upon inspection.
