We offer free delivery on all our products to UK mainland addresses.

(For shipping to non-mainland addresses,
please see the table below.)


Next Day delivery is available for the low cost of £6.95.

(Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs. Orders placed Fri-Sun will be sent on Monday for Tuesday delivery.)

Our Couriers

Hermes: For most small items (3-5 day delivery time)

UK Mail: For larger, heavier items (2 day delivery time)

Please note: Pre-assembled cabinets are delivered by a specialist courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Next day delivery is not available on these items. We will aim to deliver within 7 days. These items are delivered to your door ONLY at this time.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE): £18.00

Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25): £20.00

Isle of Wight: £15.00

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at or telephoning us on 0161 886 5815.

All returns are subject to you notifying us by email or phone, prior to returning the item.

Should you wish to return your item, please ensure all original packing is used and enclose the invoice.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer unless there is a manufacturing fault (see below).

We will not be held responsible for the method of postage used to return the goods.

We strongly recommend you use a trackable service to return any items.

A refund will only be issued if our policies have been abided by and all items returned will be subject to inspection before a refund is given.

We will refund you the money within 14 days if agreed.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, please contact us by email or on 0161 886 5815 and, if agreed, we will cover your return postage. We will arrange for collection of your item by one of our carriers or ask you to drop it off at your local Parcel Shop, which we will provide the address for. You will be required to print off postage labels in order for us to accept a return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and a refund will be issued after inspection of the goods. We will require photographic evidence in all cases before authorising a refund. All original packaging must be used and the invoice must be enclosed. Your refund will be issued when we receive the damaged goods back into our warehouse.
